We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. As chocolate is a temperature-sensitive and perishable product, we work to ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners.

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location.

Shipping methods may include:

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Chocolate and Weather Conditions

Chocolate is sensitive to heat and environmental conditions.

While we take reasonable precautions in packaging and shipping, customers should be aware that:

  • Minor softening or cosmetic changes may occur during transit, especially during warmer months.

  • If white spots appear, the change in temperature would have caused chocolate to bloom.  

  • Such changes generally do not affect the quality or safety of the product.

  • We recommend refrigerating the product upon delivery if needed.

We encourage customers to retrieve packages promptly upon delivery to minimize exposure to heat.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link (where available)

Tracking updates are managed by the courier partner and may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network issues

  • High seasonal demand

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

Caldo Chocolate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • We may not be able to redirect or recover the shipment once dispatched.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit

  • Marked as delivered but not received

  • Damaged during shipping

Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery notification.

To help us investigate, we may request:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the products received

  • Additional supporting information

Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or remains undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from any refund that may be issued.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Caldo Chocolate ships only within India.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
