    A Summer Cool Off

It’s summer time in the Pacific Northwest, and we have had been enjoying perfect weather by my standards. The days have been sunny and warm, but not too hot. From the sunsets to the views of the water and mountains, it has been just beautiful!

The combination of warm weather and hot chocolate does not appeal to many people. This time of year, most are looking for ways to cool off. Frozen chocolate drinks are another story. I had always heard about the legendary Sererndipity 3 Frrrozen Hot Chocolate. But, since I won’t be traveling to New York City or Las Vegas this summer to visit one of the locations, I found a recipe for it online. It sounded like a delicious way to cool off.

This yummy drink includes quality chocolate products, such as the decadent Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder
(or the recipe says you can you use good old Hershey’s and Ghirardelli Cocoa Powder as a substitute, which are also already included in the recipe). I found the recipe to be simple to make, giving me a beautiful drink in just minutes. Frrrozen Hot Chocolate is the perfect mix of decadence and whimsy, great for guests at a summer dinner party or just a special treat for you! The original recipe is sourced from topsecrectrecipes.com.
